A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's the penalty that 14-year-old Jared Marcum, who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt, could face, now that a judge has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it's obstructing an officer charge against him.
According to dispatchers, a small roof fire was reported at Grandview Elementary School on Woodward Drive in Charleston around 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
Charleston Fire Department responded and requested Kanawha County Schools' maintenance team assist.
Dispatchers say the crews were there about an hour. No arrests were made. No injuries were reported.
