According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

Officers with the Huntington Police Department say a woman is facing charges after she broke into her partner's home and attacked her with a box cutter.

Three suspects have been arrested in a Christmas day robbery.
Boyd County Sheriff's Department reports that the burglary happened in the 7600 block of US RT 60.
Police arrested Mike McClements of Greenup, Kentucky, Gregory Stoth of Raceland and Eric Maddix of Ashland.
Deputies report that the three suspects were inside the residence when they arrived.
The vehicle is believed to be involved in other burglaries in Boyd County and in Ashland.
