Troopers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol stopped a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica on US 23 for a registration violation on Wednesday.
Troopers say they detected an odor of marijuana from the passenger compartment of the vehicle.
During a pat down of one of the occupants, a baggie containing 13 grams of marijuana found in the back of his pants.
During questioning of the driver, she admitted to having drugs on her and gave up 15 grams of cocaine and 23 grams of heroin.
Troopers also confiscated $1000 in cash.
The driver, Chanel L. Bufkin, 25, and passengers Jermer A. Howard, 24, and Lapercy D. Allen, 33, were charged with Possession of Cocaine and Possession of Heroin. All three are in the Scioto County Jail.
The contraband has a combined street value of approximately $5,015.
