A Portsmouth man is facing felony drug charges following a traffic stop in Scioto County.
Ohio State Troopers stopped a 2006 Ford Mustang on Dec. 27 on 13th Street in Portsmouth.
The driver, 29-year-old Lennon L. Brown was pulled over around 3 a.m. for a moving violation. He was subsequently arrested for DUI. During a search of his person, a baggie containing 24 individual baggies of crack cocaine located inside his pants pocket.
Troopers also seized approximately $2,710 in cash.
Brown was charged with possession of cocaine and trafficking cocaine. He is being held in the Scioto County Jail.
