According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

Officers with the Huntington Police Department say a woman is facing charges after she broke into her partner's home and attacked her with a box cutter.
Officers with the Huntington Police Department say a woman is facing charges after she broke into her partner's home and attacked her with a box cutter.
One man is arrested for public intoxication after stealing alcohol from his workplace.
Athens County Sheriff's deputies say Michael Barnhart, an employee of Valero in The Plains, admitted, while intoxicated, to stealing three 24 ounce cans of beer from the station. Barnhart was slurring his speech and rocking back and forth while talking to deputies.
Barnhart was placed under arrest.
Barnhart was initially going to be charged with theft and public intoxication but Valero decided not to file charges.
Barnhart was charged with the public intoxication and was issued a trespass complaint not to be back on Valero property. He was transported to the Regional Jail.
