A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's what the 14-year-old who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt could face, following his arraignment today.

UPDATE: Fire crews on the scene tell 13 News that the truck has been removed from the Institute I-64 entrance ramp and it is now back open.
Also, no one was injured in this wreck.
Black ice was named as a cause for the wreck and dispatchers say there is a significant amount on the roads this morning.

A pickup truck has overturned on the entrance ramp to I-64 in Institute, closing the ramp.
Dispatchers say this happened just after 6 a.m. Monday.
No word if anyone was injured.
