A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's the penalty that 14-year-old Jared Marcum, who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt, could face, now that a judge has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it's obstructing an officer charge against him.
The Meigs County Sheriff's Department confirmed on Monday evening that two people have died in a crash involving a car and an ATV.
It happened at around 8:30 p.m. on Happy Hallow Road near Rt. 124 according to deputies.
The Rutland Fire Department, Meigs County EMS, and Ohio State Highway Patrol responded.
The names of the victims were not being released on Monday night and the roadway was closed until crews could clear the scene.
