According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

Officers with the Huntington Police Department say a woman is facing charges after she broke into her partner's home and attacked her with a box cutter.

Deputies arrested a Jackson County teacher for trying to convince a 15-year-old girl to send him nude pictures of herself on Facebook, according to Jackson County Sheriff Tony Boggs.
Deputies charged 22- year-old Dustin Mullins with solicitation of a minor via computer, use of obscene matter with intent to seduce a minor and two counts of attempt to commit a felony, Boggs said.
Mullins is a student teacher in Wood County. That's where the sheriff said he most likely met the underage girl. He also worked as substitute teacher at Henry J. Kaiser Elementary School in Jackson County.
Mullins will be arraigned Wednesday evening in Jackson County Court.
