22-year-old Wesley Bias, of Hurricane, escaped from his house where he was on home confinement, according to Deputy Russell Lyon, with the Putnam County Sheriff's Department.
Deputy Lyon said it appears Bias cut off his confinement bracelet, then fled.
Bias was serving home confinement after he attempted to deliver controlled substances in 2010, according to Deputy Lyon. He could face additional charges for escaping home confinement.
Police describe Bias as 5'5", weighing 115 lbs., with blue eyes.
