HUNTINGTON -

Jay R. Bronder, a second-year medical student at the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, was elected by his peers as a regional representative to the American Medical Association's House of Delegates.

The House of Delegates is the principal policy-making body of the AMA.

The AMA's House of Delegates meets twice annually and represents the views and interests of a diverse group of member physicians on a variety of issues including health, medical, and professional and governance matters.

Bronder is a native of Monroeville, Pa.
