Two people were arrested New Years Day when deputies found them passed out in an Athens, Ohio home.
Deputies say they found 16 unit doses of heroin and one large chunk of black tar heroin when they entered the River Road home. Daniel C. "Chuck" Warren, 25, and Kayla Marie Teal, 21, were found passed out after shooting up.
They were charged with F4 possession of a controlled substance and taken to Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail.
