CHARLESTON, West Virginia -

The executive director of Charleston's Multifest is scheduled to appear in Federal Court Friday, expected to plead guilty to income tax fraud.

Deborah Starks faces one count of misreporting her income to the IRS in 2008, saying that she made just under $14,000, when in fact, she made more.

Judge John T. Copenhaver, Jr. will hear arguments.
