The Ohio Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly crash on Rt. 124 in Pike County on Thursday.
Investigators said that two cars collided just before 3:30 p.m.
Miriah Daniel,18, of Peebles, Ohio was driving a 2003 Chevy Cavalier according to police. She was traveling west when police said she crossed the center line and hit a 2002 Ford Ranger. Abigail Horner, 22, of Waverly, Ohio was driving that vehicle.
A passenger in Horner's SUV, Amy Baker, 44, of Piketon, Ohio, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Horner was taken to an Ohio hospital and Daniel was transported to Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV to be treated for her injuries.
