A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's what the 14-year-old who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt could face, following his arraignment today.
A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's the penalty that 14-year-old Jared Marcum, who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt, could face, now that a judge has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it's obstructing an officer charge against him.
The Wayne County Board of Education will be auctioning off several school buses as part of the annual replacement.
Bidding is being done at www.publicsurplus.com.
There are 10 buses listed with bidding ending at 1 p.m. on Monday, January 14.
A buyer's premium of 7 percent will be added to the final sale, and the premium will be visible during the bidding process and added to the total bid.
Payment must be received within five days.
Payments will be accepted at the Wayne County Bus garage from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.
