A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's the penalty that 14-year-old Jared Marcum, who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt, could face, now that a judge has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it's obstructing an officer charge against him.
The Lawrence County Sheriff's office has completed the Pharmaceutical Collection Tracking Sheet for the first reporting period of the Ohio Prescription Drug Drop Box program.
Sheriff Jeff Lawless is pleased to announce that ninety-one pounds of unwanted medications were collected since the drop box was installed in November.
Everyone is encouraged to take advantage of the Prescription Drug Box which is located in the lobby of the Lawrence County Sheriff's office.
