Authorities made a big drug bust on Friday morning in Scioto County. Officers said they seized 186 pounds of marijuana and $216,000 in cash.

The Southern Ohio Drug Task force conducted a search of a house in the 2200 block of Flatwood Fallen Timber Road in Lucasville, according to a news release from the Scioto County Sheriff's Department. Officers arrested three suspects, Adam Casares, Marcelino Rodriguez and Frederick Jordan III.

Investigators believe the marijuana is part of a consistent drug trafficking ring from Mexico. In addition to the marijuana and money, officers seized eight guns according to the same news release.

Casares and Rodriguez are being held in the Scioto County Jail on a $1 million bond each. Jordan is being held without bond pending an arraignment.
