A Charleston man has been arrested and charged with felony child neglect.

Crews are fighting a fire at a home in the 1200 block of 28th Street in Huntington.
Dispatchers said that police were called to the house first for a domestic incident. Shortly after officers arrived, a second call went out for firefighters. That was at about 9 p.m. Friday.
Dispatchers said flames were showing when fire crews arrived.
At least one person has been arrested according to dispatchers, but there are no details about the charges.
Fire officials say the blaze is under investigation.
