Three escape massive fire in a home on Walnut Street in Kanawha County
Kentucky State police were called to the scene of an accident along KY 57 near MT. Carmel Rd in Fleming County KY Friday afternoon.
According to troopers Timothy L. Doyle was traveling south on KY 57 when he crossed the center line and struck a minivan that was traveling north on KY 57 that was driven by Roger S. Utterback.
Doyle and Utterback were pronounced dead at the scene by the Fleming County Coroner.
