As many as one in five American children under the age of 17 has a diagnosable mental disorder in a given year, according to a new federal report.
Three people are behind bars after authorities said they were found cooking meth inside of a home in Kanawha County.
James Young, Rebecca Ramsey, and Brian Nichols have been charged with operating a meth lab.
Investigators said they found the meth lab inside of a house on the 100 block of Williams Street in Cedar Grove Friday night.
Authorities said they have been investigating the house for weeks after tips came in that people were cooking meth inside.
Young, Ramsey, and Nichols are in the South Central Regional Jail with bail set at $25,000.
