    The Dunbar Police Department are looking for two suspects who were caught on camera snatching a purse from inside of a McDonalds in Dunbar. According to police a woman had left her purse inside the restaurant.

Two men from Michigan face charges after being arrested on drug trafficking following a traffic stop in Greenup County.

Greenup County Sheriff Deputies arrested 24-year-old Kenneth Oliver and 41-year-old Charles Gillard both of Stanwood, Michigan.

Police made a traffic stop on U.S. 23 North in the South Portsmouth area on January 6 around 1 a.m.

Sheriff Keith Cooper released a report saying that a deputy noticed a strong smell of marijuana coming from the car.

During a search of the car, the deputy reported he found several illegal drugs, a large amount of marijuana and controlled substances. Also confiscated were several deadly weapons and a large sum of money.

Oliver was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, public intoxication, and carrying a concealed weapon.

Gillard was charged with DUI, trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and carrying a concealed weapon.
