The Dunbar Police Department are looking for two suspects who were caught on camera snatching a purse from inside of a McDonalds in Dunbar. According to police a woman had left her purse inside the restaurant.

Someone broke a window and opened a fire escape, then trashed a classroom. Deer urine was spilled all over the floor and a desk. Workers also found rancid dead deer parts in the hallway and blood on the floors.

A 9-1-1 call leads Kentucky State Police to a shooting in the Virgie community of Pikeville.
The call came in during the early morning of January 5. The caller told police that the victim was bleeding from the abdomen.
Arriving at the scene, troopers found Kelley Bentley of Virgie shot in the stomach. Information taken from the scene indicates that a verbal argument started between Bentley and an unidentified male. During the argument the unidentified male pulled out a gun and shot Bentley.
The male then fled the house before police arrived.
Bentley was transported to Pikeville Medical Center for his injuries.
A warrant has been issued to the suspect whose information will be released once an arrest is made.
