According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

Officers with the Huntington Police Department say a woman is facing charges after she broke into her partner's home and attacked her with a box cutter.

Investigators hope teeth and dental records will help them identify a human skull discovered along the banks of the Ohio River.
The skull was discovered shortly after 3 p.m. January 4 just north of Goose Run Road in Lesage.
A man rabbit hunting in the area was credited for finding the remains.
Cabell County Sheriff Tom McComas said many questions remain including as to gender. The skull has been sent to the State Medical Examiner's Office.
Investigators are sending information about the case to other law enforcement in the area. Police feel the remains could belong to a missing person from anywhere in the Ohio River basin.
