According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

Huntington City Council members elected their leaders for the next year and received their committee assignments.
Councilman Mark Bates was elected to his third term as chairman in a unanimous vote.
Councilwoman Sandra Clements will serve as council vice chairman for the second consecutive year.
Mayor Steve Williams has also made a minor change regarding how his administration will approach the legislative body's meetings.
Williams also announced that he will no longer sit alongside council members at their meetings. He will sit in the audience with his staff members.
Williams has reported that he will be available for discussion of proposed ordinances and resolutions upon council's request.
