A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's what the 14-year-old who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt could face, following his arraignment today.
A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's the penalty that 14-year-old Jared Marcum, who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt, could face, now that a judge has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it's obstructing an officer charge against him.

Dispatchers tell 13 News that overturned truck on Cabin Creek road near Eskdale has been cleared.
ORIGINAL:
Drivers in Kanawha County will need to take caution on Cabin Creek road Thursday morning.
This is due to a coal truck that is stuck in a ditch on the side of the road before midnight Wednesday.
The road is not blocked off, according to West Virginia State police, but at some point the truck will be extracted Thursday morning, so there may be some traffic delays.
