BUFFALO, WV -

Starting this month, Millie Marshall will serve as senior vice president responsible for manufacturing, manufacturing support and administration at the Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America's West Virginia engine plant. 

Marshall earned a bachelor's degree in organizational management from Midway College in Midway, Ky., and an associate degree in applied science from Lexington Community College.

Mike Lutz, general manager of administration for West Virginia, left the Mountain State for a new assignment at the company's manufacturing and engineering headquarters in Erlanger, Ky.  

Doug Shields succeeds Lutz as general manager of administration at the Buffalo plant. He will report to Marshall.

The company also said John Tinney has been re-assigned to Erlanger. Since 2009, he had been general manager of manufacturing at West Virginia.
