Corrections officer arrested for sexual relations with female inmates

State Police arrested corrections officer James Daniel Green, 22, of Charleston, on Wednesday for having sexual relations with two female inmates.


Trooper Pauley arrested Green Wednesday evening and charged him with two counts of sexual imposition of incarcerated persons. 

Green has no prior criminal record.

The two female inmates, ages 28 and 25, have been incarcerated at South Central Regional Jail.

If convicted, Green could face up to 10 years in prison and will be required to register as a sex offender.
