A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's the penalty that 14-year-old Jared Marcum, who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt, could face, now that a judge has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it's obstructing an officer charge against him.
UPDATE:
Investigators now saying it might have been an accidental death - still on scene. Regardless, neighbors say their neighborhood has seen too much excitement between this and fires from earlier this week.

A 70-year-old St. Albans woman has been found dead inside the Indian Head Subdivision on Geronimo Drive.
Investigators say the call came in around 9 a.m. Thursday. When they arrived, they found her with a cord wrapped around her neck. It does appear suspicious.
