Construction will alter traffic patterns in Logan - WOWK 13 Charleston, Huntington WV News, Weather, Sports

Traffic in the Logan area will have to follow a new pattern along a frequently traveled stretch of road.

Construction on Route 10 is underway.

The section of the road going through town is down from four lanes to two lanes. The northbound lanes are closed as a result of the work shifting all traffic to the southbound lanes. That pattern will continue to change as work moves forward.

City leaders are urging motorists to be understanding and keep in mind that the hassles will turn out to be a benefit in years to come.
