The family of an Ohio State student who lost a leg when he was run over by a dump truck on campus is suing the university and others.
Freshman James Daniel Hughes, a 2012 graduate of South Point High School was riding his bike to class on September 5th when he was hit by a dump truck near the entrance to a construction site.
The 18 year old lost his right leg and suffered severe damage to his pelvis.
The family is suing Ohio State, the driver of the dump truck and contractors hired by OSU.
