According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

The West Virginia Turnpike Authority has confirmed that one all lanes have been reopened to traffic.

Some Kanawha County high school students got a special visitor on Thursday, and one of them received a unique gift.

Rep. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., visited with students at South Charleston High School.

She presented senior Logan Shomo with cufflinks and also recognized the school's Junior ROTC program.

Capito said the visit was designed to help students learn about how to be admitted into America's armed service academies.
