According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

Gun sales continue to climb at one Huntington store.
We stopped by Mack and Dave's store in Huntington to talk to them about Vice President Biden's gun legislation proposal.
They say business is doing well in their gun department and the shelves are a little more empty than usual.
Longtime store owner Dave Cohen says they abide by all rules when it comes to buying and selling guns and ammunition.
"Well its going to help business before it happens, but after they make it, it would be bad, but its good for the country and that's what counts." Cohen said.
