A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's what the 14-year-old who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt could face, following his arraignment today.
A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's the penalty that 14-year-old Jared Marcum, who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt, could face, now that a judge has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it's obstructing an officer charge against him.
Three people have been arrested after a meth bust at a home in Spencer, W. Va.
Police were called to the home for a domestic disturbance after midnight Saturday morning. When they arrived, they found meth-making materials and a non-working meth lab.
Two 10-year-old children were in the home at the time of the arrest.
Police took into custody Della Bailey, 34, Roy Brown, 35, and Ned Gipson, 38. They are charged with attempting to operate clandestine meth lab, conspiracy, and child neglect.
The house is directly next to the Roane County School Board Office.
