LOGAN, West Virginia -

Many children in West Virginia live in poverty. This month several groups in southern West Virginia will join forces to examine the impact poverty has on children.

Church groups and civic groups will join the discussion along with educational and business leaders. Individual families are set to get in on the conversation as well. It is part of a statewide campaign called "Our Children, Our Future".

The meeting will be at the Logan Public Library Jan. 23 at 3:30 p.m.
