According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

Officers with the Huntington Police Department say a woman is facing charges after she broke into her partner's home and attacked her with a box cutter.
Officers with the Huntington Police Department say a woman is facing charges after she broke into her partner's home and attacked her with a box cutter.
Three people were brought in from Wayne County and booked on felony drug charges.
Arrested were: Charity Micelle Hartmen,33, and Amanda Carol Ross, 25 and Daniel Lee Maxwell ,31. All three were arrested and taken to the Regional Jail in Wayne County. All were charged with felony od possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver times seven as well as conspiracy.
In Cabell County, two people were arrested for operating a meth lab.
Juan Carlos Chavez, 26 and Rachel Jeanette Daiiley, 27 and charged with a felony of attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab.
