A man is on the run and considered armed and dangerous according to authorities with the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office.
A man is on the run and considered armed and dangerous according to authorities with the Lawrence County Sheriff's Office.
Kanawha County parents will have a say in the naming of Charleston's new elementary school on the West Side.
The school is being built in the Edgewood area. This new 'school of the future' will consolidate students from Watts and J.E. Robbins elementary schools.
The school is expected to open in fall 2014.
There are two ways parents can give their input.

There will also be a community meeting that will give the public the chance to submit names for consideration. It will be held at Stonewall Jackson Middle School on January 28 at 6 p.m.
The names will be submitted to the Board of Education on March 4.
