
For the eighth consecutive year, MaxPreps and the Army National Guard join forces to honor the nation's elite high school sports programs.

Catholic High School's boys' soccer team will be presented with a
national ranking trophy as part of the inaugural MaxPreps Tour of
Champions for Boys' Soccer.
Charleston
Catholic finished 11th in the nation in the final MaxPreps Freeman
rankings. Major General James Hoyer of the WV National Guard and Justin
Smith, a representative of MaxPreps, will present Coach Sam Fox and the
2012 State Champion Fighting Irish with the trophy at half-time of the
7:30 p.m. CCHS vs. St. Joe basketball game at the Charleston Catholic
Athletic Facility tonight.
Charleston Catholic defeated Fairmont Senior to earn its fourth-straight state title. They finished the 2012 season with a record of 23-0-2.
Charleston Catholic High School is a Catholic, private coeducational school offering a rigorous college preparatory program for all students. It enrolls 406 students in grades 6-12.
