West Virginia State Police were at a home on the 5300 block of Coal River Road in the Tonado area of Lincoln County to ask about a burglary that occurred close by the residence.
While officers were inside they found Richard Mathis, and Joseph Marcum, both of Charleston, laying down on a couch and in the bathroom. The officers found meth-making materials and a toolbox behind a sheet in the living room.
They also found a Gatorade bottle filled with a liquid and white substance inside, commonly known as the "shake and bake" process of producing methamphetamine.
The residents of the home, Felicia Miller and Betty Cooper were arrested along with Mathis and Marcum.
They are charged with altering pseudoephedrine and conspiracy to commit a felony.
