LOGAN, West Virginia -
Low income residents in southern West Virginia can begin applying for help to get some repairs completed on their homes, free of charge, this summer.
The Appalachian Service Project will be repairing homes in Logan, Mingo, Wyoming and Wayne Counties.
The Appalachian Service Project is a non-profit ministry. Volunteers complete the repairs.
Residents in need can begin submitting applications in February.
