Marshall signs another transfer from Penn State named Shawney Kersey.

Kersey is a wide receiver played the last few years at Penn State, but in 2012 only played in 2 games.

He left the program after two weeks into the season for personal reasons and didn't return.

Thanks the recent NCAA sanctions, Kersey can play intimately and doesn't have to sit out a year.

Kersey joins Devon Smith and Derrick Thomas to leave Penn State for Marshall.
