Jamie Bordas again has been appointed chairman of Catholic Charities West Virginia's third-annual Mardi Gras Gala, according to Patti Philips, the organization's director of development and marketing. The gala will take place Feb. 9 at Oglebay's Pine Room. Bordas is a partner in the Wheeling law firm of Bordas & Bordas. Philips said the proceeds of the event will support the organization's programs and services that support children and families who live in poverty or are at-risk of falling below the poverty line.
