More than 13 years after her death, a man has officially been charged in a Charleston cold case murder.

Daniel Turner has been indicted in the 1999 murder of 41-year-old Terry Clark.
 
Clark's naked body was discovered on May 28 along the side of Route 119 near Walton in Roane County.

Police believe she was killed in her Lewis Street apartment in Charleston.
 
Turner is currently incarcerated in the Federal Correctional Institution in Memphis, Tenn., on unrelated drug charges.
