Mountain Stage's special guests will be Robert Earl Keen, Shelby Lynne, Rhett Miller and Black Prairie at 7 p.m. Jan. 20 in the WVU Creative Arts Center at Morgantown.

Keen is an American country music and folk guitarist and singer-songwriter from Texas. He is popular with fans of various musical genres including traditional country, alternative country, folk, Americana and college radio.

Lynne is an American singer and songwriter. The success of the 1999 album, "I Am Shelby Lynne," led to her winning the Grammy Award for Best New Artist, even though she had been active in the music industry for some time.

Miller is the lead singer of the alternative country band Old 97's and a successful solo musician.

Black Prairie is a five-piece bluegrass-influenced band from Oregon. The band formed in early 2007 and consists of three of the five original members of the popular indie rock band The Decemberists. Their first album, "Feast of the Hunter's Moon," was released on 2010 on the Sugar Hill label.
