A $500 fine and up to a year in jail, that's the penalty that 14-year-old Jared Marcum, who was arrested after refusing to change his NRA shirt, could face, now that a judge has allowed the prosecution to move forward with it's obstructing an officer charge against him.
The Webster County couple, Michael and Amanda York, accused in a triple murder, have been indicted.
Michael York is facing three counts of murder, one count of concealment of a deceased body, one count of prohibited person possessing firearm, and conspiracy.
Amanda York is charged with three counts of murder, one count of conspiracy to commit murder, and one count of conspiracy to conceal a deceased body.
The bodies of Dustin Brown, Lamar Coates and Denise Coates were found in the Yorks' front yard in June of 2012.
