LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - Lexington Police have arrested a man whose 3-year-old son was found wandering outside, dressed in only his underwear.
 
According to WLEX-TV ( http://bit.ly/WaNJnP ) the child was spotted around 2:30 a.m. Friday walking along a street when the temperature was 27 degrees in the city. Police said the boy had been outside for about 30 minutes.
 
He was taken to a hospital, but showed no obvious signs of exposure.
 
Police charged the father, 43-year-old Herbert Tucker, with endangering the welfare of a minor and marijuana possession. Tucker was also charged with evidence tampering after police said he tried to hide marijuana he had with him.
