    A tractor trailer is blocking part of Route 2. The road is closed until further notice. Drivers heading in both direction are being asked to use the Big Ben Bowen Highway connector by Target to get around.

Services are set for Monday for James Mangrum. He was a member of city council and a pharmacist in the community of Man in Logan County.

He died of a sudden illness last week.

Mangrum had served on council for four years.

He was also active in helping the local library.

Mangrum will be buried Thursday in Mississippi where he is from.

Logan County residents who wish to pay their respects are asked to attend the local service Monday evening in Man.
