A Culloden apartment complex was once again the site of a meth lab arrest.

Early on January 19, deputies with the Cabell County Sheriff's Office charged four people with felony meth charges at Culloden Manor on Ridge Run Road.

Thaddeas Marton Reamns, 25, Carla Marie Curd, 44, Brittany Kay Legg, 23 and Karen Loreen Murphy, 53 were all charged with a felony county of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine lab.

Reams also faces a misdemeanor charge of first offense driving under the influence, while Legg was charged with a misdemeanor count of shoplifting.

All four were incarcerated at the Western Regional Jail in Barboursville.  Each are being held on a $20,000 bond and an additional $400 for Legg.
