A boil water advisory in Lawrence County, Kentucky is now being expanded.
Grayson Utilities is reporting that customers on the AA Highway from the pump station to the end of the line and all side roads, North St. Highway 7 from Glory Hill Church to the end of the line, KY-2 & 7, KY-1773, KY-784, Leatherwood Road, Tygarts Creek Road and all side roads are now under a boil water advisory.
According to the release, a contractor is working on a new line across a creek crossing to hopefully restore service by some time Wednesday.
The boil water advisory was issued after a water main break in the Iron Hill area.
When service is restored, customers will be on a boil water advisory until further notice.
