Stonewall Resort has been named one of AAA's top places to stay for the 10th year in a row.

The Lewis County resort recently earned the 2013 Four Diamond Award for its 10th consecutive year.

"This award is a result of the outstanding work ethic and dedication to service that all of our employees demonstrate at Stonewall," the resort's director of sales and marketing, Steve Ludwig, said in a news release. "The fact that we have maintained a Four Diamond status for 10 straight years is a testament to our commitment to excellence and our goal of providing a tremendous guest experience."

Heather Hunter, a AAA spokeswoman, said Four-Diamond hotels are refined and stylish, along with having extensive amenities and a high degree of hospitality.

A total of 2,289 establishments received the rating in the past year, according to AAA – a total of 1,535 hotels and 754 restaurants throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.

Stonewall Resort is a resort with 208 guest rooms, a lakeside lodge and lakeside cottages along with a pool, spa and 18-hole Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course. For details, visit stonewallresort.com.
