According to a release from the Boone County Sheriff's Office, David Henry Linville, 26, of Shady Spring, WV, is charged with Threats of a Terrorist Act, a felony. The arrest was made Wednesday evening
The incident began on social media with threats to "relive the Newtown shooting".

Officers with the Huntington Police Department say a woman is facing charges after she broke into her partner's home and attacked her with a box cutter.
Officers with the Huntington Police Department say a woman is facing charges after she broke into her partner's home and attacked her with a box cutter.
A full-size pick-up truck caught on fire at the entrance to the Poca River Hunting and Fishing Recreation Club. Responders said nobody was around when the fire started and no one was injured.
They said they are unsure why the truck was parked at the club's entrance.
Firefighters stopped the flames before they spread to nearby trees.
"In the wind and as dry as it is it's very important," said Lt. Shawn West, with the Poca Volunteer Fire Department. "it's very important to get these fires knocked out before they become major issues."
Firefighters said they're unsure what started the fire. The truck was towed off the property.
