The victim has been identified as 28-year-old David Lemons, of Elkview.
The victim has been identified as 28-year-old David Lemons, of Elkview.

Two people were arrested for intent to deliver methamphetamine on Jan. 21 in Kanawha County.

Jodie Lee Wisen and William Clayton Booth were both arrested on unrelated charges in connection with possible child neglect in Belle, WV on Jan. 17.

Charges for possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine were served at Kanawha County Magistrate Court.

A preliminary hearing on the felony charges has been set for Jan. 30 at 1:30 p.m.
